Protein expression, modification, and function…all here!
Register for our Webinar: Mathias Uhlen, PhD – Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden and Program Director of the Human Protein Atlas
Date: December 8, 2010
Time: 12:00 PM EST
Details:
20,000 protein-encoded genes. How do we determine the expression, localization, modification and function from each?
On Dec 8, 2010, at 12pm EST we are excited to bring you Dr. Mathias Uhlen speaking about the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) program. The HPA is using antibody-based protein profiling based on the human genome sequence data. Through their “high throughput proteomics” they are able to produce protein localizations in human cells, tissues and organs, and many cancer tissues as well.
The Protein Atlas data is available for researchers online in Version 7 of human protein atlas to investigate. We’ve shown you the previous version of Human Protein Atlas, and how Dr. Uhlen’s team has mined the data to discover cancer biomarkers.
Register NOW for this informative webinar as Dr. Uhlen talks about the data that’s available via HPA 7.0.
